• Responsible for assisting the project manager in coordinating project activities to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. • Responsible for inspections and approvals, ie, material approvals, as required. • Provides general administrative support for projects under the supervision of the project manager. • Coordinate all parties on various technical issues. • Attend formal tests for building materials, as appropriate. • Maintain continuous inspection of the site's work and issue remedial observations for any published work, in the form of a notice of defect or notice of non-compliance. • Immediately inspect any material delivered to the site and ensure compliance with the approved materials. Comments should appear on the Contractor Submission Report. • Monitoring the implementation of site safety at all times, and immediately reporting any violation in written form. • Review the contractor's daily reports and verify their contents. • Monitor contractor performance and issue comments as needed. • Participation in preparing the monthly report.
