Position : Recruitment Manager

Job Purpose

To manage the Human Capital requirements Plans in the short and long run and to find the adequate sources of talent that meet Group requirements through either internal teams and or Recruitment agencies as well

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and overs the implementation of recruitment strategy to ensure staffing needs are met
  • Assess hiring needs as part of the workforce planning instead of reacting when vacancy occurs.
  • Responsible for the process of hiring Department Heads for the whole sister companies in the group.
  • To oversee the recruitment & selection process to ensure recruiting of suitable applicants for identified vacancies
  • Carry out research to benchmark & identify best practice within resourcing and recruitment.
  • Screen, shortlist and match applications to identify the most suitable applicant for jobs.
  • Ensure qualifications - vocational or academic meet with standards require for various job roles.
  • Accountable for Updating job descriptions and specifications around roles and tasks, for the whole group and managing the JDs data base
  • Produce monthly and as necessary reports with regard to recruitment.
  • Manage effectively the pool of prospective Candidates , and oversee the Internal employees with appropriate qualifications and Skills that might fit the requirements in other operations
  • Share knowledge about likely sources of the best candidates.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts at colleges and universities, job fairs, and other outreach venues.
  • Consider using a structured interview process whereby all candidates are treated the same.
  • Ensure job opportunity announcement clearly states the major duties and responsibilities of the position.
  • Review applications to determine basic eligibility and qualifications.
  • Identify applicant to be referred for selection consideration.
  • Make Official job offer to selected candidate in coordination with the HR manager
  • Coordinate entry on duty dates with candidate and hiring managers.
  • Provide information and instruction for paperwork to be completed for new employee

Requirements

Educational Qualification

Experience

Graduate qualification in Business Management or other related experience.

Knowledge & Skills

Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in managing recruitment and hiring.

  • Communicating with stakeholders to achieve full understanding of others, their needs, roles, responsibilities.
  • Effective Planning and organizing skills
  • Upholding principles of fairness and equality.
  • Demonstrate breadth and depth experience of the effective recruitment of senior personnel.
  • Highly organized with strong administration skills and experience of managing a busy workload effectively
  • Good skills & knowledge of Microsoft work, outlook, excel, and power point.
  • Experience of data base, website communication, system, IT recruitment software such ,Oracle recruit ,sniper hire, LinkedIn
