Position : Office Manager

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Office Managers that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.


  • Schedule meetings and appointments ;
  • Prepare letters, presentations and reports ;
  • Organize office operations and procedures ;
  • Supervise office staff ;
  • Organize all the administrative activities ;
  • Make office supplies arrangements ;
  • Manage office budgets ;
  • Maintain the office condition ;
  • Manage databases.
Required profile for job ad : Office Manager
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent ;
  • Proven office management, administrative experience ;
  • Proficient in MS Office ;
  • Attention to detail ;
  • Strong planning skills ;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
