We are working to improve on-going Covid-19 vaccine roll-out in Sudan.
 

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and capture insights from the field;
• Use data and other information for analysis and decision making purposes;
• Plan and develop strategies;
• Design and implement new systems, further develop existing ones to dramatically improve project outcomes;
• Identify and understand issues; break down problems and identify root causes and different dimensions;
• Give recommendations constructing multiple scenarios and advise where necessary;
• Develop excellent relationships and work with senior government officials, international partners;
• Access international evidence and lessons about what works.

• 2-5 years of work experience in management and strategy consulting
• Previous work experience in the public sector
• Excellent English
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Strong drive and motivation
• Interest in social issues and public sector development
• Willingness to travel (in the country)
