Position : AssociateWe are working to improve on-going Covid-19 vaccine roll-out in Sudan.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and capture insights from the field;
- Use data and other information for analysis and decision making purposes;
- Plan and develop strategies;
- Design and implement new systems, further develop existing ones to dramatically improve project outcomes;
- Identify and understand issues; break down problems and identify root causes and different dimensions;
- Give recommendations constructing multiple scenarios and advise where necessary;
- Develop excellent relationships and work with senior government officials, international partners;
- Access international evidence and lessons about what works.
Required profile for job ad : Associate
- 2-5 years of work experience in management and strategy consulting
- Previous work experience in the public sector
- Excellent English
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Strong drive and motivation
- Interest in social issues and public sector development
- Willingness to travel (in the country)
